PURCHASE, SHIPPIUNG AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Terms and conditions of purchase

By placing an order through the TAR Edicions website, the customer declares that they have read and accepted the Purchase, shipping and returns conditions available on the website.

2. Shipping

For the purchase of prints, a fixed shipping fee will apply, depending on the format of the print and the size of the package. 

If the shipment is outside the European Union, the customer will have to bear any tariffs, import taxes, customs fees or other charges applicable in the destination country.

The prints purchased through the website will be shipped within 5 to 7 working days from the moment of purchase.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive the necessary information to track it.

3. Cancellation and returns period

1. Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with any of the products purchased through our website, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days from the moment you receive the product.

2. Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us beforehand via [email protected] to manage the return.

Products must be returned securely, in their original condition and, whenever possible, within the original packaging.

The costs arising from the return shipping will be borne by the buyer.

If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, or if the product was damaged before reaching the buyer, we will refund the total amount paid.

If the reason for the return is not due to an error on our part, we will refund the total amount paid for the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs.
